General Summary of Position:



  • Oversees the technical project management team, ensuring successful execution of various technical projects.
  • This role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring project goals are met within budget and scope.


Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Project Oversight: Lead and supervise a team of technical project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate meetings and communication between project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively across projects, ensuring optimal use of personnel and budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, performance metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Excel, and PowerPoint


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects.
  • Familiarity with agile project management practices.
