The Fuel Systems and Services (FS&S) Project Coordinator is responsible for keeping the FS&S department organized - tracking project status updates, managing the flow of invoices and payments, and generating customer invoices. The Project Coordinator will work hand-in-hand with project managers to maintain Mansfield's data base of approved projects, doing analysis to ensure department financials are reporting correctly.
Responsibilities
Project Accounting
- Approval for expenditure (AFE) management
- Purchase order management
- Request and manage content of general ledger accounts for projects
- Problem solving related to project accounting
- Departmental liaison between fuel systems and accounting
- Manage project financial reporting
Reporting and Managing CRM for FS&S
- Create project status reports
- Manage reporting in CRM
- Problem solving related to CRM and fuel systems
Customer Coordination and Reporting
- Provide project updates and data for customers related to projects
- External project setup, tracking and reporting
- Problem solving related to customer reporting
- Coordinate between project manager, the customer, and Mansfield operations
Customer Coordination and Reporting
- Identify equipment needs and costs
- Identify labor costs associated with projects
- Ensure that contractors include all parts and labor in project estimates
- Understanding permitting to ensure necessary permits are secured
- Coordinate between project manager, the customer, and FS&S

Position Requirements
Formal Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree OR relevant work experience
Knowledge & Experience
- Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, Access, and Smart Draw (nice to have)
- Telephone skills
- Petroleum experience preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work Environment
- 40-hour on-site work week; 3/2 hybrid schedule after training and intro period
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and other computer components
