Description

The Specialty Client Manager manages the day to day responsibilities for ETF including coordinating and participating in health fairs, collaborating with various departments on deliverables, and assisting with the strategic plans to ensure a positive return on investment. This position also works directly with the broker, employer group, consultants and internal Network Health departments to manage a successful on-boarding experience for Family Savings Plan (FSP).

Location: Candidates must reside in the state of Wisconsin for consideration. This position is eligible to work on-site at our corporate office in Menasha and occasionally remotely from your home office (reliable internet is required).

Hours: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm Monday through Friday

Job Responsibilities:



  • Manage the day-to-day ETF responsibilities relating to coordinating and attending health fairs, rate submissions, utilization review, etc.
  • Manage ETF Annual lifecycle in collaboration with other Network Health departments.
  • Be present at necessary ETF Governmental meetings either virtually or in-person when required.
  • Manage new group commercial and FSP open enrollment implementation to ensure milestones/metrics are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
  • Collaborate with various departments on deliverables ensuring that they are submitted accurately to avoid financial penalties
  • Prepare new and renewing group open enrollment commercial and FSP presentations. In addition, attend open enrollment meetings at client location or remotely.
  • Provide support to participants enrolling in commercial, and Family Savings Plans, and be available for questions.
  • Maintain on-going and frequent communication with client and various stakeholders with the ability to have difficult conversations
  • Participate in ETF claims process and steering committees
  • Develops and maintains an accurate database of prospects, accounts, brokers and consultants. Develops and maintains lasting business partnerships with broker, agent and consultant community, as well as employer organizations.
  • Responsible for the commercial account and FSP retention, maintenance, and increased membership of Network Health by prospecting the market place; including agents, brokers, consultants and, where necessary, directly with the employer group in accordance with enrollment and revenue projections
  • Promotes Network Health by participating in broker meetings and client advisory sessions as well as internal communications and marketing activities.
  • Assist in the coordination of administrative tasks necessary to provide the highest level of service to our broker community and potential employer and current accounts.
  • Develop comprehensive task list and realistic timelines to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks within the identified timeframe.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Job Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or 8 years of equivalent experience
  • Five years experience specializing in an employee benefit sales or service related position with an insurance carrier or brokerage organization
  • Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) marketing experience preferred
  • Current Wisconsin Accident and Health Insurance License, or ability to obtain within the first 12 months in this position
