Our Finance team works with teams across the company to ensure Danone continues to grow. By joining our Finance team, you will anticipate and evaluate the financial impact of decisions and find the right way forward. We are currently looking to hire a Sr. Manager - Co-manufacturing based in White Plains, NY, or Louisville, CO!

Our Supply Chain Finance team works cross functionally in an exciting and dynamic environment to help drive sustainable and efficient growth at Danone. As a member of our team, you will play an active role in achieving our financial objectives through data driven forecasting and analysis and evaluation of financial impacts on key decisions. The Supply Chain Finance Manager will own and manage the financial forecasting and reporting process for contract manufacturing (CoMan) COGs, and partner with key stakeholders to drive strong financial decision making.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

    P&L responsibility for North America Contract Manufacturing, including but not limited to:
    • Managing monthly close process by working with accounting to ensure ledger accuracy, analyzing actuals compared to latest forecast, and reporting on variances;
    • 12-month rolling forecast and Annual Operation Plan (AOP) setting.
  • Continuously assess and analyze key risks and opportunities to the CoMan P&L related to contract negotiations, commodity inflation, waste, and other key contract commitments
  • Partnering with key stakeholders in Supply Chain, Procurement and Business Units to provide holistic decision support for critical contract negotiations, make vs buy and other contract manufacturing decisions
  • Leading AOP/Budget process for CoMan, including setting annual COGs standards, forecasting cost components, and developing contractual risks and opportunities
  • Regularly presenting CoMan business results to key stakeholders and leadership

The base compensation range for this position is $140k-160k commensurate with experience. About You

  • You have a Bachelor's degree
  • You have 5-8 years of Finance experience, with 2-3 years in CPG Supply Chain Finance experience
  • You have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, proficient in Power BI
  • A strong business partner to influence stakeholder decision making
  • You are curious, and enjoy analyzing the details and solving problems
  • You are a results-oriented self-starter who takes initiative to optimize deliverables and meet deadlines
  • You are excited to think independently and influence the decision-making process
  • You have strong interpersonal, presentation, and organization skills and enjoy working in a team environment
