The Department of Pediatric Occupational Therapy at Boston Children's Hospital provides care for patients from infancy through young adulthood whose participation in daily life is limited by congenital differences, injury, illness, or developmental challenges. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist ((Upper Quadrant/Hand Therapy Focus) with a focus on upper quadrant and hand therapy to join our growing team. Our goal is to help patients regain function, develop new skills, and actively engage in meaningful activities at home, school, and in the community. This is an immediate hire our new Needham location (free parking!), with initial training provided in Waltham/Boston before the clinic opens in January 2026. Key Responsibilities:
