EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager to join the Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services (FLVS) practice in the Miami, Florida office. We are looking for someone seeking to achieve a leadership position quickly in a rapidly growing Florida and national practice and has demonstrated achievement in client services and business development.

EisnerAmper's Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Services ("FLVS") Group provides forensic accounting, valuation services, economic damages calculations and expert testimony in complex disputes. FLVS professionals work with in-house and outside counsels, public and private companies, and governmental agencies to gather, interpret, analyze and evaluate economic and financial records, presenting clear and supportable findings and expert opinions to courts, arbitration panels or boards of directors.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Lead client services team, including as the point-person with the client.

  • Participate in developing objectives and strategies to achieve client objectives.

  • Develop and execute work plans for forensic accounting investigations, business valuation engagements, and/or dispute engagements consistent with objectives and strategies.

  • Develop client solutions from analyses of financial, business and accounting information.

  • Preparation of reports and client deliverables: data summaries, investigation reports, expert opinions.

  • Research: industry, business, technical accounting and other issues.

  • Develop and execute analysis and evaluation of accounting investigation report or expert damages reports.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required

  • 7+ years of experience in the forensic accounting, litigation, or valuation space.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Forensic accounting investigation credentials (CFE, CFF, ACAMS, other)

  • Valuation credentials, or pursuit of such credentials, a plus (CPA, CFF, CFE, ASA/AM, ABV, CVA, AVA)

  • Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent field

  • Experience working in public accounting or consulting

  • Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
