*Description*
The main function of a project coordinator is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc. or any other non-IT based project. -Serve as a project coordinator working with technical leads on projects. -Responsible for maintaining Microsoft Project Plans and/or Dev Ops -Coordinating meetings, driving action items, thinking analytically Job Responsibilities: * Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. * Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. * Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. * Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures. Skills: * Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage one's time. * Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. * Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. * Proficient in computer software, such as MS Suite including MS Project and Azure DevOps. *Skills* Project coordination, Ms project, waterfall methodology, agile methodology *Top Skills Details* Project coordination,Ms project,waterfall methodology,agile methodology *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Typical task breakdown: - Control Meetings, gathering tasks from team members, updating project plans, analyzing data from changes made to project plan (week over week variances, critical path analysis, etc.). - Understand/implement scrum working with team members for continuous improvement, prioritizing work and having an understanding of the customers backlog and needs. - Be able to take complex information and break It down into smaller, understandable, actionable pieces of work. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $10.00 - $20.00/hr.
