Under minimal supervision, develops quantitative analysis of competitive intelligence, market segmentation and targeted marketing initiatives for global marketing development.

Essential Functions

  • Resolves problems and makes recommendations related to complex and interrelated matters and projects.
  • Develops advanced computer models and provides expert-level analysis.
  • Coaches others in less senior positions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, computer science or quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, etc.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years experience in analytical/quantitative business or marketing research.

Experience developing advanced computer models for analysis.

Experience leading complex initiatives in a corporate environment.

More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong human relations, communication, analytic and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Knows how to perform fact-based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights using data analysis, data modeling, and querying tools. Completes advanced data modeling and analytics. Lead complex new product / flight / market initiatives across large, cross-functional work teams. Project manage cross-functional team executive deliverables. Communicate regularly (written, in-person, presenting) with all levels of management.

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Plano, TX or Pittsburgh, PA and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
