Description The Clinical Dietitian II assists in directing and supervising personnel in the Food and Nutrition department to provide quality health care in serving all types of nutritionally balanced and appetizing meals to patients through collaboration with food service staff. The clinical dietitian II must be competent in providing medical nutrition therapy, nutrition support (Parenteral and Enteral), and nutrition education to a variety of patients in all patient care settings (ICU/floor units/CVL, Cancer Center).
