 Develop and implement FGCU's marketing and brand strategyEnsure consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand storytellingLead integrated marketing campaigns to support institutional prioritiesOversee content marketing, advertising, and digital engagementAnalyze market trends and audience insights to optimize strategyManage FGCU's web presence, enhancing accessibility and user experienceCollaborate with leadership and stakeholders on brand positioningSupervise and mentor marketing and digital teams, fostering innovationOversee budgets, resources, and vendor partnerships for efficiencyDefine KPIs and performance benchmarks to measure impactOther duties as assigned What You Bring: 
 Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in marketing, business or related fieldEight years of progressive, full-time experience in marketing, brand strategy, or related fieldsFive years of proven leadership experienceStrong strategic thinking, analytical and communication skillsAny appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered Preferred:
