To drive continued success in this exciting Medical Device field, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Corporate Accounts team!

Position Summary:

Identifies, develops and maintains OEM Business relationships with partner companies based in North America.

Essential Functions:

  1. Seek, establish and develop strong preferred OEM relationships with North American Based businesses. Accomplish by:
  • Creatively identifying opportunities where Mindray products may meet another companies' needs, perhaps before that company is even aware of this need.
  • Prospect as needed to gain an audience with prospective partners through phone, email, social media and conference attendance.
  • Conduct sales presentations in coordination with company subject matter experts as needed to present company solutions.
  • Conduct high level meetings with prospective partner companies to enter into contracted relationships to sell Mindray OEM products.
  • Coordinate with Mindray and partner company's marketing, engineering, sales and legal departments to develop opportunities into partnership agreements.

2. Develop and implement strategies and tactics to help grow the business with each OEM partner.

Position Specifications:

1. Knowledge/Educational Requirements/Skills

  • Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or clinical background strongly preferred
  • 5+ Business Development experience required
  • Extensive sales and sales management experience in medical equipment products
  • Awareness of competitive products and activities, monitoring and anesthesia products preferred
  • Proficiency in developing and presenting PowerPoint presentations
  • Strong Data Visualization skills preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to create customer relationships built on trust and be perceived as a consummate professional that possesses the ability to deliver on promises

2. Physical Demands/Work Environment

Normal home office environment with approximately 40% travel

Extensive customer relationship building during and after normal business hours
