Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 Hornblower is seeking a Social Media Manager for our Marketing operations. About You: This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody Hornblower RESPECT Service System. About the Opportunity: We're looking for a creative, agile Social Media Manager to help bring our brand to life across platforms and reach travelers where they already spend their time. Reporting to the Senior Director of Social Media & PR, you'll focus heavily on creating and editing short-form video content that captures the spirit of our destinations, tours, and travel experiences. You'll help manage the day-to-day execution of our content calendar while also staying nimble-ready to jump on trends, real-time moments, and topical conversations that align with our voice. This role is equal parts content creator, digital storyteller, and community builder. You'll support co-branded campaigns, partner content, and creator collaborations to expand our reach, while helping shape how both new and existing audiences discover and emotionally connect with our brand. If you're passionate about travel, fluent in the language of social, and excited to create content that inspires action, this is the role for you. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The position will be a full-time remote position, with willingness and ability to travel for content capture, events, or brand activations; some weekend or evening availability may be required based on campaign needs.
