Sr. Director of Sales - Revenue Acceleration Suite

Epicor is seeking a high-impact sales leader to drive bookings growth across its Revenue Acceleration Suite, which includes Kyklo (Product Information Management & eCommerce syndication) and CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote). This role will lead a team responsible for selling these solutions into Epicor's install base and net-new enterprise accounts, with a strong focus on the manufacturing, distribution, and building supply verticals.

The successful candidate will bring deep experience in enterprise SaaS sales leadership, thrive in a cross-functional, overlay sales model, and demonstrate a track record of success in net-new logo acquisition and complex solution selling. This role requires strong partnership with Epicor's vertical ERP sales teams to drive integrated selling motions and maximize attach rate across the customer base.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the sales team responsible for the Revenue Acceleration Suite, driving pipeline generation, deal strategy, and execution across both integrated (cross-sell) and standalone sales motions. Advise and coaches the sales team on complex cases to ensure sales efficiency.

  • Build strategic cross-functional relationships with sales leadership to develop strategic plans, drive efficiency and maximize revenue.

  • Generates and achieves monthly forecasts and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis.

  • Anticipates and resolves conflicts. Removes operational barriers to the sales team's success.

  • Acts as executive leader to the customer, providing corporate resources to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction

  • Responsible for the sales team budget and P&L growth.

  • Acts as a key player managing company initiatives.

What you will likely bring:

  • Strong background in enterprise software sales leadership, including direct management of quota-carrying sellers.

  • Experience leading overlay or matrixed teams and co-selling in collaboration with other sales organizations.

  • Proven success selling SaaS solutions in one or more of the following areas:

  • Product Information Management (PIM) or eCommerce platforms

  • Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), quoting automation, or quote-to-cash solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to drive net-new enterprise business, including prospecting, multi-threaded engagement, and value-based selling.

  • Deep understanding of manufacturing and distribution buyer personas, including Sales, Operations, IT, and Product Management.

  • Excellent executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving GTM environment.

  • Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues

  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences.

  • Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions.

  • Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities

  • Experience managing a $10M+ annual target

  • 10+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge

  • 6+ years managing and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types

  • 5+ years of specialized/industry experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

  • Master's degree preferred

    Range:

    Minimum: $100,000 USD Maximum: $280,000 USD

    The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
