Apply U.S. Generally Accepted AccountingPrinciples (GAAP). Execute external audit engagements for clients, includingSecurities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registrants. Prepare and review auditwork papers for clients. Assist with audit planning and risk assessment.Communicate accounting and audit issues to clients. Understand and utilize KPMGLLP's audit methodology. Identify performance improvement opportunities forassigned clients.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)

JOBREQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent inAccounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, and 2 years of related workexperience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experiencewith the following: U.S. GAAP or International Standards for FinancialReporting (IFRS); Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services(SSARS) or Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE);Researching technical accounting issues; Communicating accounting and auditissues; and Documenting audit procedures performed.

Travel to various locations throughout the U.S. required upto 5%.

SALARY: $94,973 - $128,800 per year
