Summary of Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented VP/Chief of Staff to join our team and support the President of USGH, our largest business unit. This role is essential in supporting US Group Health (USGH), ensuring execution on key initiatives that are shaping our company's future. The CoS role requires an individual with exceptional skills in strategic thinking and operational excellence. Working closely with inspiring leaders, the Chief of Staff will contribute to meaningful initiatives and have a significant impact on our company's success.

What you will do:

  • Strategic Partnership: Work side-by-side with the President of USGH to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive our business forward. Be a trusted advisor, providing high-level support in key decision-making processes.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth running of the President of USGH's office, managing complex projects, and coordinating with diverse teams to achieve organizational goals.

  • Communications: Facilitate effective communication between the USGH President and executives, departments, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.

  • Trusted Advisor: Represent the President of USGH in meetings and engagements, building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Offer strategic counsel and a diverse opinion on a wide range of business matters.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Operational Prowess: Proven experience in managing complex projects, prioritizing tasks, and driving results.

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to articulate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.

  • Relationship Builder: A strength for developing strong relationships with people at all levels, fostering collaboration and trust.

  • Adaptability and Resilience: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate challenges with grace.

  • Organizational courage: The ability to engage in difficult but important conversations to gain alignment, remove roadblocks, and sustain forward movement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience supporting an executive leader with business planning, strategy, and operations

  • 8+ years of leadership experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or related field.

  • Proven track record of stellar executive presentation development and delivery skills.

  • 10 years of experience with facilitation, collaboration, and influencing cross functionally, with key stakeholders at all levels in an organization.

  • Trustworthy with high integrity, and the ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree (MBA, MHA, MPH or similar)

  • Familiarity with healthcare delivery, value-based care, digital health products, or payer-provider landscape.

**Note: This is a remote position though East Coast time zone is strongly preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $225,000 - $250,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
