Summary:

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for multiple functions in the Talent Acquisition process, including the candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction. The Senior Recruiter will identify recruitment markets and strategies, perform candidate sourcing, recommend appropriate advertising and facilitate the hiring process. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment (applicant screening, calculating/extending offers, onboarding) for your assigned areas of responsibility. In addition to these responsibilities, you will provide support to the Talent Acquisition management team, including the mentoring and training of other recruiters.

*** This position will be onsite with a future option to work remotely ***

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor's preferred
  • Minimum of five years of work experience in human resources & recruitment required (Will consider equivalent combination of education and/or experience in lieu of education and/or experience stated above)
  • Previous experience working in an agency and/or healthcare setting is strongly preferred
  • Experience with application tracking systems (ATS), resume mining, and behavioral interviewing
  • Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), is a plus but not required
