As the HIM Zone Commercial Leader, you will own and drive the sales strategy for Datavant's HIM/RC (Health Information Management/Release of Information) product suite across your assigned Zone. You will lead execution of our growth plans in collaboration with our Provider GTM team, leveraging deep HIM/RC knowledge and sales acumen to unlock opportunities, reduce sales cycle time, and increase market penetration. You Will:
- Own Regional Growth Targets: Deliver on quarterly and annual bookings and revenue targets for HIM/RC while optimizing profit and market share in your zone.
- Drive Funnel Activity: Collaborate closely with VPGs and Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) to identify, qualify, and close HIM/RC opportunities. Lead zone account profiling, total addressable market (TAM) assessment, and territory prioritization.
- Accelerate the Sales Cycle: Leverage HIM/RC expertise to reduce deal cycle time by providing effective solution scoping, demonstrating proof of value, and articulating clear roadmaps.
- Leverage CRM Tools: Use Salesforce to manage account activity, track opportunities, forecast performance, and ensure full pipeline visibility.
- Cultivate Key Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with health system decision-makers and influencers to grow customer footprint, drive revenue, and reduce churn.
- Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate across Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to shape strategic deals and support long-term account planning.
- Act as HIM/RC Subject Matter Expert: Guide internal teams and customers through current-state HIM/RC workflows and future-state opportunities. Bring deep domain understanding to influence solution design and implementation.
What You Will Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, HIM/RC leadership, or health system administration in HIM/RC OR 8+ years of experience in any combination of medical sales, marketing, or HIM/RC operations.
- Demonstrated experience presenting complex solutions to senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and organizational skills. - Proficient in using CRM platforms like Salesforce.
