Customer Engagement & Events Specialist
Overview We are seeking our new Customer Engagement & Events Specialist to join the Axway team! We are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Experience Team. This role offers the opportunity to design impactful customer engagement events and foster a thriving customer community. You will play a vital role in building lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and that they feel valued and connected. Here, you'll enhance your expertise in customer engagement while shaping meaningful connections with customers and partners. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include organizing in-person and virtual User Group and Customer Advisory Councils, where customers learn, share feedback and connect with each other, as well as supporting online customer community. The focus of the Customer Engagement Specialist is to advance, monitor, and grow Axway's customer engagement activities to increase collaboration and global knowledge sharing across Axway's customer and partner ecosystem. Location Hybrid - Preferred location: Scottsdale, Arizona. We welcome candidates based in the Western U.S. who can collaborate effectively across time zones but are flexible. Responsibilities
