Manager - Inside Sales

Maximizes season ticket and group ticket sales as well as revenue of the Inside Sales team. Directly supervises and trains the Sales Representatives whose function is to sell ticket plans and group tickets in addition providing exceptional customer service to all accounts.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

Develop and maintain relationships with universities and colleges to assist in recruiting future Inside Sales Representatives. This is done through a variety of initiates such as attending job fairs to promote Inside Sales job opportunities available within our department
• Hire, train, manage, and coach Sales Representatives
• Direct the daily sales efforts through distribution of sales leads, monitoring daily sales call activity and tracking individual sales results
• Assist in the ongoing training of sales team to refine sales skills
• Provide feedback and coaching to promote growth as sales professionals
• Hold regular one-on-one meetings with Sales Reps as well as weekly team meeting
• Post phone call reports on a weekly basis
• Develop and maintain a reward and recognition program to best preserve a positive departmental culture
• Develop and implement new season ticket sales initiatives to help grow ticket sales
• Develop a bonus program to reward staff for their small successes throughout each campaign.
• Help oversee the Season Seat Member Headquarters by coordinating staffing and creating new leads through seat tagging every home game.
• Assist in game-day supervision of sales office
• Assist with annually reviewing all season ticket policies, benefits and procedures and make adjustments as needed
• Help coordinate and monitor all season ticket renewal and new sales mailings
• Attend Season Seat Member events throughout each season to interact with members and provide support for Sales Reps in attendance
• Assist with preparing the makeup of all season ticket plan schedules
• Assist with all direct communication with our Ticket Plan Holders
• Attend and actively participate in weekly meetings; coming prepared to provide input
• Work collaboratively with other leaders within the ticket sales and service department and generate strategies and tactics that will contribute towards customer retention and new sales
• Work with the Analytics Department to ensure the Sales Reps are provided with the best sales leads as possible

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
