Quincy, Florida, USA As a Maintenance Electrician in our Adsorbents and Additives business unit, you'll apply your electrical expertise to keep our critical manufacturing systems running smoothly. Working with industrial equipment including PLCs and process controls, you'll solve complex electrical challenges that directly impact our operational success. We value your technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to safety as you help maintain the infrastructure that powers our business forward. - Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment in an industrial plant, including power distribution, motor controls, PLC's, wiring and process controls, involving work of a varied nature with minimum supervision.
- Diagnose troubleshoot, plan and perform all operations necessary to modify, repair, rewire electrical equipment.
- Run Conduit and pull wire
- Works from drawings, verbal instructions, or sketches.
- Inspects own and others work for quality and dimensional requirements.
- Must read, comprehend, and execute tasks and concepts found in technical operating and maintenance manuals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required along with 5 years of mechanical experience
- An associate's degree in industrial maintenance/technology along with 3 years of mechanical experience would also be considered
- Will be required to wear all safety PPE, also required to wear respirator and must be able to be medically cleared to wear respirator
- Required to be on call and work nights and weekends as needed.
- Requires lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying up to 25 lbs.
