Maintenance Manager

Position Summary:

We're seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager to lead our Monroe facility's maintenance operations. This role ensures equipment reliability, oversees preventive and predictive maintenance, and drives continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong technical and organizational skills, committed to safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
• Manage preventive/predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance with production schedules.
• Oversee MRO purchasing, contractor management, and planning.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Conduct safety audits and enforce Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Collaborate on equipment upgrades and improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate records and KPIs.
• Support employee training and development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance with leadership experience
• Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems
• Hands-on experience with robotics (FANUC/ABB), press operations, and exposure to blanking or welding processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle EAM or similar CMMS experience a plus
• Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred; strong safety leadership required
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and access all plant areas
