Hourly Pay Range:

$26.61 - $39.92 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Supv, Business Office

  • Location: LOH Naperville

  • Full Time

  • Hours: 8a-4:30p

What you will do:

Responsible for the daily activities of business office and personnel engaged in patient reception, registration, scheduling, etc. ensuring that physicians are properly supported. Coordinates work assignments, oversees data entry of patient account information and collection of patient time of service and past due payments and ensures maintenance of patient medical records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Makes recommendations regarding policies and procedures, and ensures facility complies with all government requirements. Serves as a resource for office personnel in resolving patient and/or service complaints. Monitors adherence to budgets, policies and procedures.

What you will need:

Required Education, Skills and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a business office or finance/accounting environment

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite (i.e., word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, etc.)

Preferred Education, Skills and/or Experience:

  • Minimum three years of supervisory experience

  • Minimum of three years of behavioral health experience

  • Minimum three years of health care experience

  • Crisis line or crisis intervention experience

  • Substantial knowledge base of insurance plans such as Commercial, Managed Care and capitated plans, Medicare, Medicaid and Workers Compensation

Required License and/or Certification:

  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification within 90 days of hire

  • Current CPR Certification issued by either the American Heart Association or Red Cross

  • If the incumbent uses their personal vehicle to perform work related duties at an off-site location, the incumbent must maintain automobile liability coverage as required by law and evidence of such coverage may be requested
