Your tasks

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Legal Intern to join our corporate legal team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience with the daily operations of an in-house legal department within a dynamic corporate environment. The intern will support the legal team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks while gaining valuable insight into legal and business strategy

Responsibilities:

Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks, including document organization, data entry, scheduling, and file management.

Attend internal meetings

Observe legal and business strategy.

Responsible for basic legal department functions, including contract management, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contract lifecycle management.

Your qualifications

Education and Experience:

Ability to apply and understand basic legal concepts

Must be observant and have attention to detail

Proficient with MS Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Able to stay focused and professional in a fast-paced environment
