Your Impact:

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to for keeping our property running smoothly. You'll be responsible for:


  • Handle maintenance requests and repairs- think plumbing, electrical, HVAC and more
  • Get units "move-in-ready" using our make ready checklist
  • Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking great
  • Tackle seasonal weather prep such as fall clean up or snow removal
  • Respond to emergency calls and deliver outstanding service
  • Communicate with vendors, assist the team with resident notices, and keep supplies in check
  • Be a friendly, responsive presence for residents and coworkers alike



What We're Looking For:


  • Previous maintenance experience required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and a clean driving record
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
  • Must be able to read work orders/service requests.
  • Good safety habits.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
