This 15-room intermediate care unit combines advanced therapies with a supportive, collaborative culture to deliver exceptional care to patients undergoing Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation. Highlights: Patient Ratios: RN-to-patient ratios of 1:2 (day) and 1:3 (night), with free-floating charge nurse support on every shift. Professional Development: ONS Chemotherapy Certification, Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant training, and reimbursement for national conferences and certifications.
