Staffmark is seeking a talented Test Engineering Manager to join a leading semiconductor manufacturing company known for high-performance

Compensation & Schedule



  • Salary: $120,000-$150,000 annually
  • Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM



Role Overview

You will lead a team of 4-6 engineers, managing test engineering and infrastructure development focused on RF technology, optoelectronics, and semiconductor manufacturing. Your expertise will be key in troubleshooting, failure analysis, yield improvement, and data management across advanced device technologies.

Responsibilities



  • Lead and coordinate the Test Engineering team for optimal performance
  • Manage DC, RF, and Reliability automatic test infrastructure
  • Oversee troubleshooting, failure analysis, and yield improvement for pHEMT, HFET, HBT, GaN HEMT, and Opto devices
  • Maintain accurate and accessible testing databases
  • Support integration teams with data analysis and trend reporting
  • Apply wafer fab and cleanroom knowledge to enhance processes

Qualifications



  • PhD or MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7-10 years semiconductor wafer fab experience
  • Strong background in RF technology, optoelectronics, and semiconductor testing
  • Proven leadership managing engineering teams
