Job Duties: Vice President, Loan Management & Due Diligence with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas. Lead Data management, Process uplifts and Strategic Reporting initiatives for the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lending Business and the Residential Mortgage Trading Business in the US-based Data Analytics (DA) Team. Engage with the Bangalore-based DA team on a regular basis to ensure synergy and work optimization. Provide management and oversight of data across CRE teams, including data setup, database management, data Extraction-Transformation-Loading (ETL) processes, and data validation. Interact with external vendors to develop, refine and implement strategic vendor solutions to address data management, Asset Management, Regulatory Reporting and Engineering needs for Commercial Real Estate. Apply quality control, data validation, and data cleansing processes to new and existing data sources for both CRE and US Residential Mortgage data. Identify and remove redundancies, reduce manual interventions and improve process efficiency effectiveness through automation. Engage with business leaders and stakeholders across the Commercial Real Estate business to understand and define their reporting and automation requirements. Work closely with global and regional teams to architect, develop, and maintain reporting solutions. Translate business requirements into tangible solution specifications and high quality, on time deliverables. Manage project timelines and completions for the initiatives driven by the team. Coordinate with external vendors, Engineering and internal departments to define and drive business requirements and enhancements for Commercial Real Estate processes and data flows. Facilitate communication between internal departments for shared use and clear definition of data elements.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Business, Management or a related field. Employer will accept bachelor's degree equivalent based on single degree, combination of degrees, combination of degrees and certificates and/or exams, or combination of degree(s) and professional work experience, where determined to be equivalent to U.S. bachelor's degree by a qualified credential evaluation service. Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include five (5) years of experience with the following: interacting with multiple stakeholders across different parts of the business, and effectively managing priorities and updates with stakeholders; analyzing data, assessing data quality, synthesizing recommendations and initiating actions based on the data analysis that will influence the quality and efficiency of the business; performing structured data management and governance, including effective data transformation processes and efficient data modelling principles; and utilizing data extraction and analysis tools including SQL, Python and Alteyrx, and data visualization and reporting tools including Tableau.
