Staffmark is hiring a skilled Industrial Electrician to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Williamsport, FL.
If you have hands-on experience with 480-volt systems, PLCs (Bradleys, Siemens), and industrial troubleshooting, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $37+/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (flexibility required)

Responsibilities:



  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, including low and high voltage (up to 480V)
  • Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Use meters, PLCs, and diagnostic tools for issue identification and resolution
  • Run and install conduit (EMT, Rigid, Flex) according to code
  • Assist with PLC support, preventive maintenance, and capital project coordination
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including LOTO procedures
  • Mentor junior electricians and maintenance staff
  • Accurately document work in logs and maintenance reports



Requirements:



  • Minimum 5 years of industrial electrician experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs (Bradley, Siemens), and control circuits
  • Proficient in troubleshooting with electrical test equipment
  • Able to lift 75-100 lbs and work in physically demanding, hot environments
  • Comfortable with exposure to electrical hazards, heights, confined spaces, and noisy conditions
  • Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, Google Suite) and strong communication skills
  • High School diploma or GED required
