Summary Working at CGS Administrators
CGS Administrators provides a variety of services, under contracts with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for beneficiaries, health care providers, and medical equipment suppliers in 33 states, supporting the needs of more than 20 million Medicare beneficiaries nationwide. The CGS IT team consists of ~ 115 people. You will be a part of the Production Support team, which includes about 10 System Support Administrators. The Production Support team is responsible for numerous morning/daily checks to ensure CGS applications are operational and functioning properly. Description Position Purpose: This role is focused on supporting CGS's primary application, OnBase. Provide system/production support and monitoring for applications, batch cycles, releases, projects, installations, etc. Participate in work sessions for system support and problem resolution. May provide coordination in workload transition tasks. Location: This is a full-time and on-site position located in Nashville, TN. We're looking for someone that can start the day at 6:00am or 7:00am Central. The usual hours are Monday - Friday with one Friday night a month. Otherwise, weekends are as needed, which is not very often. Work Environment:
