Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Hudson, MA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Perform routine assembly of wire parts onto a holding fixture for spray coating.
  • Duties will include cleaning the work area, mounting parts, masking, and adjusting fixtures to the prescribed tolerance in preparation for painting/coating.
  • Assemble parts into a holding fixture for spray coating and disassemble them from the fixture after spray coating.
  • Verify counts of mounted wires to job order quantities, to ensure correct count per fixture.
  • Follow applicable processes and procedures that apply to set up and de-rack areas.
  • Perform Line Clearance to prevent particulate contamination and order mix-up.
  • Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean, orderly, operational, and safe condition.
  • Carry fixtures and fixtured product in a compliant manner to prevent distortion of fixtures or product.
  • Inspect tools and fixtures (aka racks) for suitability before assembly.
  • Adjust all fixtures for proper masking dimensions.
  • Visually inspect the co-workers' work to assure compliance with masking and set up per traveler requirements.
  • Notify the lead or supervisor of material/ job order discrepancies.
  • Log all operation steps onto the Control Panel in Plex and the Job sheet as instructed by the lead or supervisor.
  • Maintain established quality and quantity standards.
  • Follow safety precautions, department and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Detect and report improper operations, faulty equipment, defective materials, and questionable conditions.
  • Assist others in the performance of work.
  • Do what it takes to complete the project and more.
  • That could be working outside your department or coming in early.

  • Set expectations and ask questions when you are not clear.
  • All discussions and meetings should end with clear actions and deliverables.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $16.50/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week (2nd Shift).

Length: Contract to Direct.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

  • The following items are available as needed:
    1. Safety glasses are required in designated areas.
    2. Company-supplied uniforms or gowning must be worn in designated areas.
  • The employee is asked to be mentally and physically capable of continuous movement during their shift while performing the duties of this job.
  • Must be able to stand for an extensive period during a shift.
  • The employee is asked to have 20/20 vision (with the aid of glasses or contact lenses) and very good hand dexterity.
  • Must be able to lift between 10 and 50lbs.
