Staffmark is seeking a Bilingual Resale & Supply Management Associate for a well-established client in Redondo Beach, CA.
This role is ideal for candidates fluent in Japanese (written and verbal) and English, who have experience in resale operations, inventory coordination, and supply management.

$19.00/hr | 1st Shift

Responsibilities:



  • Manage resale operations, including data entry and order monitoring
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual supply tracking
  • Communicate via internal messaging tools and respond in a timely manner
  • Identify and correct errors to ensure smooth resale processes
  • Coordinate and participate in quarterly inventory counts (March, June, September, December)
  • Support general office operations and assist with other related tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures



Requirements:



  • Fluent in Japanese (spoken, written, and reading required)
  • Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to follow instructions precisely
  • Must have reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
  • Prior experience in resale or supply chain operations preferred
