Job Description The primary function of this role is to strategically manage and coordinate the flow of Titanium scrap between raw material suppliers and TIMET. It will include both conforming and non-conforming scrap as required. Duties & Responsibilities Develop account relationships to understand requirements and implement solutions Work closely with purchasing and commercial staff globally to maximize titanium revert utilization solutions and opportunities Work with scrap dealer network as necessary to support revert requirements Assist and implement a revert strategy between TIMET, PCC, and various external accounts Become key member of TIMET raw materials team to influence the strategic direction of the business with accumulated knowledge of the Titanium industry, including the PCC supply chain Manage supplier interactions and understand financial impacts of decision-making processes Assist with duty drawback Education and Experience 3 years minimum experience working in metals or aerospace industry. Experience with titanium scrap preferred. A minimum of 2 years purchasing and / or supply chain logistics experience High School degree required. BA in Supply Chain, Business or related area preferred This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To be qualified to work in this facility, a successful applicant must be a U.S. Person, as defined in those regulations, and able to supply evidence of that qualification prior to starting work or be authorized to receive controlled information under a specific license or permission from the relevant government agency.
