Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Palm Bay, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
  • Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
  • Recognized as an internal expert and thought leader in the area of expertise with broad experience across multiple job areas.
  • Works under consultative direction against annual goals to manage large, complex project initiatives of strategic importance to the organization.
  • Communicates within and outside the organization to influence leadership to accept new practices, approaches, and concepts.
  • Develops or champions new systems, concepts, or technologies.
  • Recommends tactics and strategies that directly impact overall business or functional results.
  • With the significant growth within the regional market, many more requests for architecture support have been coming through ($420M+ of Revenue Opportunity).
  • This individual will support the current team with shaping the architecture for these opportunities.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $65.00 - $80.00/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Temp (6 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Military.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Data Fusion, Artificial Intelligence implementation, and Machine Learning, specifically their integration and use in current tactical environments.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in EW and AI/ML Architecture support.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in EW-Dada fusion and aggregated data management.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the MS suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience managing large, complex project initiatives with minimal oversight or direction.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree.
  • Able to implement AI and ML in platforms in tactical edge environments.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Good business acumen balanced with technical aptitude.
  • Good background in building strategic relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding of contractual terms and conditions and approaches to mitigating risk.
  • Must understand working in tactical military environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels of the organization.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data sets.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to drive positive change by team building and gaining support from people and resources across the enterprise.
