Job Summary

We are currently hiring an in-house temporary Marketing Assistant for our Corporate Marketing team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to support the execution of marketing initiatives that promote Staffmark Group's family of staffing brands across digital, print, and social channels.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • Support campaign execution across digital, print, email, and social media channels by helping to create, format, and distribute marketing materials.
  • Assist in the development of collateral such as flyers, sales presentations, job fair signage, and promotional content to support recruiting and sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Recruiting, Sales, Operations) to collect field updates, success stories, testimonials, and photos for use in marketing content.
  • Maintain organized marketing asset libraries, including templates, logos, brand guidelines, and campaign materials to ensure easy access across teams.
  • Update internal documents and intranet resources to keep marketing content current and aligned with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors or freelancers (such as printers, designers, or writers) for production timelines and deliverables as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing projects, including file organization, meeting coordination, and documentation.
  • Ensure brand consistency in layout, messaging, and formatting across all marketing materials and channels.
