Pay & Schedule

• Salary Range: $52,000 - $63,000 annually
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Employment Type: Direct Hire

Your Daily Mission

• Supervise daily production activities with hands-on support for switch assembly tasks
• Train and mentor team members on safety protocols, work instructions, and ISO 13485 quality standards
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency
• Oversee job audits and ensure all production records are accurate and compliant
• Review production data and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement new products and drive continuous improvement
• Interpret blueprints, BOMs, routers, and test procedures with precision
• Maintain a safe and collaborative team environment focused on accountability and excellence

What You Bring to the Table

• Minimum of 3 years of production supervision experience
• Background in manufacturing; ISO 13485 or other regulated industry experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems and strong mechanical aptitude
• Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC-based reporting tools
