Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Driver for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a dynamic global logistics team. Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
• Employment Type: Temp to hire
• Shift: Full-time, must be flexible for extended periods of standing and lifting

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed
• Perform tie-down procedures to secure freight on pallets (PMCs) using straps and safety-compliant methods
• Load and secure cargo with precision to prepare for air transport
• Lift and maneuver heavy freight (50+ lbs) consistently throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols
• Work closely with a high-performance logistics team to meet shipment deadlines

What You Bring to the Table

• At least 1 year of forklift operation and warehouse experience
• Background in freight handling or airport cargo
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
