• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with recruiting activities including posting jobs and coordinating interviews
• Support onboarding by preparing I-9s, new hire paperwork, and orientation materials
• Maintain employee records and ensure databases are accurate and up to date
• Respond to employee questions about policies, benefits, and general HR topics
• Provide basic employee relations support by being available on the plant floor
• Perform administrative tasks like scheduling, filing, and data entry
• Collaborate on HR projects, events, and training initiatives as needed

What You'll Bring to the Team

• 2+ years of experience in HR or recruiting (mid-level knowledge preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask independently
• Comfortable communicating with employees in an office or plant setting
• Familiarity with I-9 forms, basic employee relations, and interview coordination
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and an eagerness to grow in the HR field
