Outlet Store Clerk

Staffmark has partnered with America's Largest Family Bakery in Gentry, AR, and we're hiring a dedicated Outlet Store Clerk to join their friendly, hardworking team. Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Schedule:

• Sunday, Monday, Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• One shift per week may be scheduled at the Tontitown Store, as needed. All other shifts will be at the Gentry Store.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with purchases while providing excellent service
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions
• Stock storage areas and sales displays with new or transferred merchandise
• Rotate stock, re-stock shelves, and ensure items are properly priced
• Set up advertising signs and promotional displays
• Clean cases, displays, counters, and overall store areas
• Move product from storage areas to sales floor
• Sort and place items accurately on shelves
• Complete requisition forms and record inventory/materials to be received or distributed

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure)
• Stand, walk, and use hands to handle/finger items
• Occasionally sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Visual abilities: close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception
• Patience and stamina to work in a public-facing role
