JOB SUMMARY: The Career Navigator provides strategic direction and personalized support to identify and address developmental and career needs across the organization through collaboration within HR and with MRH departments. This role performs individualized career counseling, coaching, and assessments to support employees at all career stages-early, mid, and advanced. The Career Navigator proposes and facilitates development opportunities that align with both current and future workforce demands, including oversight of educational assistance programs. The position actively cultivates partnerships with external training providers, schools, and institutions of higher education to create diverse learning models, build career pathways, and upskill team members for internal advancement and long-term retention. Collaborating within in HR and across departments, the Career Navigator plays a key role in sustaining a skilled, engaged, and future-ready workforce.
