Position: Production Coordinator
Department: Mail Operations
Reporting to: Data Analytics & Process Control Manager
Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite
Overview:

As a Production Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, prepping, sorting, scanning, and emailing incoming paperwork. You'll also ensure outgoing mail is ready at the end of each day. What you'll do:
- Assist with scanning of all new business paperwork
- Preparing, packaging, and sending original documents via UPS
- Coordinating and assisting in the distribution of applications
- Assigning emails to the correct team
- Prepare reconciliation reports for review for the Annuity and Wealth Management Operations
- Coordinating distribution and accurate storage of scanned images using ImageNow
- Responding to email requests and providing appropriate documents in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
Experience you'll bring:
- Strong organizational skills; capacity to manage heavy workload while navigating a variety of competing, ever-changing priorities
- Confident, professional, and articulate in written and verbal communication
- PC proficiency, ability to work on several platforms at once
- Ability to work independently, but also as a collaborative team member
