As a Senior Strategic Partner Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in capturing and enabling a select set of high-growth, high-potential partners-each generating over a billion dollars in revenue. You will serve as a strategic ambassador for Juniper, leading executive alignment, technical engagement, and business plan execution that spans from the C-suite to the field.

This role is built for a confident, driven, and collaborative channel driver who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll be deeply embedded in the partner's business-building trust, driving commitment, and leading collaborative motions that grow pipeline and accelerate revenue, particularly around Juniper's AI-native data center solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Enablement & Growth Strategy

* Focus on a select group of partners, each with revenues exceeding one billion dollars, to drive mutual growth.

* Capture and secure partner commitment to Juniper's AI-native networking platform, especially in the data center, enterprise campus, branch, and secure networking spaces.

* Lead the development and execution of strategic joint business plans, ensuring alignment from executive stakeholders down to regional and local execution teams.

* Maintain a consistent in-person presence on partner sales floors to increase engagement, build mindshare, and drive pipeline momentum.

* Execute enablement programs to build partner capability across sales, technical, and go-to-market teams.

Sales Force Alignment & Collaborative Hunting

* Align Juniper's field sales teams with partner sales teams to drive co-selling motions and customer acquisition strategies.

* Facilitate account mapping and joint selling initiatives to identify and pursue high-value opportunities.

* Engage with partner and Juniper leaders across sales, marketing, engineering, and services to ensure seamless execution and ongoing accountability.

* Guide partners in positioning Juniper's full-stack solutions within their own go-to-market approach.

Performance Management & Business Planning

* Own the development and governance of partner business plans, including pipeline goals, revenue targets, and enablement milestones.

* Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to measure performance and ensure accountability to joint success metrics.

* Track and forecast partner contribution with precision-providing reliable and timely revenue and pipeline updates to internal stakeholders.

* Negotiate win-win scenarios across partners, distributors, and internal teams to ensure competitive success and profitability.

Required Qualifications & Experience

* 5+ years of experience in technology sales, channel leadership, or partner management-preferably in networking, security, or cloud domains.

* Proven success in managing or enabling large, multi-billion-dollar partners or global systems integrators.

* Strong ability to build executive relationships and influence C-level decision-makers.

* Experience driving sales alignment and partner-led growth through joint business planning and enablement.

* Demonstrated ownership mindset-confident, accountable, coachable, and results-oriented.

* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Willingness and ability to travel as needed (up to 25%).

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience selling or enabling data center, AI-driven networking, or enterprise networking solutions.

* Background working with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), national VARs, or large Managed Service Providers.

* Technical acumen or prior experience working in close alignment with engineering and solutions teams.

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.

Minimum Salary: $236,544.00

Maximum Salary:$340,032.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $236,544.00 and $340,032.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
