In this high-impact role, you will build and manage a world-class medical capability that protects the health and safety of senior executives across global operations. This included designing policy, delivering medical training, managing equipment and logistics, and providing direct medical care in the field when necessary. This role requires significant experience in emergency medical care-ideally in combat or high-risk environments-and a deep understanding of the unique demands of executive protection. The successful candidate will be calm under pressure, capable of communicating effectively and discreetly with executives and their staff, and committed to excellence in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Development

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive EP medical standards, protocols, and procedures in coordination with the company's medical director and other stakeholders.
  • Build and manage scalable medical contingency plans and SOPs for executive protection deployments globally, including medical evacuation procedures and crisis response protocols.
  • Oversee medical logistics: selection, procurement, distribution, and inventory of medical kits, supplies, and life-saving equipment.

Training & Capability Building

  • Design and deliver targeted medical training for EP personnel tailored to the protective mission and operational environment.
  • Maintain training records and ensure all team members meet internal and external certification requirements.
  • Partner with medical instructors and internal training team to provide scenario based exercises and continuing education.

Operational Support & Field Response

  • Provide direct medical support during high-risk executive travel, events, and high-profile engagements as needed.
  • Produce medical intelligence briefings and assessments in advance of executive movements or events, highlighting medical infrastructure, threats, and contingencies.
  • Coordinate with local medical providers, security staff, and global health partners to ensure coverage and rapid response capabilities.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the EP team, corporate medical personnel, and executive staff on all medical matters.
  • Interface directly with senior executives and their support teams with discretion, professionalism, and clear communication.
  • Represent the medical program during cross-functional planning, training, and exercises, global risk assessments, and after-action reviews.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Certified EMT, Paramedic, or higher medical certification (must be current and in good standing).
  • At least 5 years of operational medical experience, including combat medic, tactical EMS, or equivalent high-pressure settings.
  • Strong understanding of executive protection environments, medical contingency planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Demonstrated experience managing medical logistics and equipment lifecycle.
  • Ability to travel on short notice, sometimes globally, and operate independently in
  • high-stress environments.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work and communicate effectively with senior executives, their families, and staff.
  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and situational awareness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical instructor certifications (e.g., NAEMT, AHA, TECC, TCCC, PHTLS, etc.).
  • Prior experience in an executive protection team or corporate security environment.
  • Experience conducting medical threat assessments and producing actionable intelligence products.
  • Experience operating in remote, austere, or medically underdeveloped regions
