Document Imaging Generalist

Job description

Position Purpose: Prepare, create, scan, and quality check digitally scanned records while meeting contractual turnaround times and company quality and performance standards.
Primary Duties:
* Scan all customer documents in the imaging system
* Enter data into respective systems
* Performs quality review and validation on data submitted
* Responsible for maintaining equipment and supplies
* Adhere to all policies and procedures of Versability Resources, Inc.
* Assures daily organization and cleanliness of assigned area.
* Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills Knowledge & Abilities:
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience: Prior work experience in a production environment is preferred.
Skills Knowledge & Abilities: Person must have the ability to work in a team environment, while maintaining focus in a fast-paced, changing environment.

* Must be able to lift (50) pounds, bend through full range of motion and stand for extended periods of time
* Work the occasional weekend when requested.
