Program Coordinator for PAWS - Pups Assisting with Wellbeing for Staff

Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator for UVMMC P.A.W.S (Pups Assisting with Wellbeing for Staff) is an administrative role supporting an animal assisted Therapy Dog program focused on supporting staff well-being. This role will be responsible for the oversight and administration of all aspects of the program for the University of Vermont Medical Center (UVMMC). This position will be an integral member of the UVMMC P.A.W.S Advisory Board with a collaborative reporting relationship.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree, with at least 3 years of healthcare experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:
Experience in program planning and administration with an understanding of determinants of employee health and well-being.
