The Change Management and Deployment Analyst will support the implementation of medium to large change projects using process improvement and change management methodologies. This will require working in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment, with a high level of Emotional Intelligence. Organizational change deployments will include:

  • Partnering with teams across the organization to deploy new processes and innovative medical technologies
  • Use of organizational / behavioral change management strategies and tactical plans
  • Exercising strong project management skills to achieve adoption and transformational outcomes
  • Adhering to and evolving a standard practice for change management and deployment

The Analyst will work with a team of highly-motivated individuals with management consulting, change management, organizational development, and clinical experience, is expected to effectively manage individual work streams, communicate the business need, and assist with creating the support required to move people through the change curve.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborative, Change management oriented partner:

o Ability to practice and implement aspects of Deployment and/or Organizational Change

o Plan and execute various elements of a deployment. Includes, but not limited to:

  • Stakeholder Management
  • Sponsorship models
  • Communication Plans
  • Training plans and mediums
  • Project Management
  • Ability to manage to a plan and integrate across work streams

Data & Analytics:

o Develops and improves credible and pragmatic analytical approaches and frameworks;

Written & Oral Communication:

o Easily builds rapport, collaborative, and informal influencer

o Builds appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentation decks

o Presents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences

o Works closely with teammates in the clinics and develops long-standing relationships with operators and clinicians

Travel: 10%-25% travel may be required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2-4 years of experience participating in Change Management/Organizational Development related project work
  • Experience in large scale process and/or IT oriented deployments
  • Healthcare background preferred, but not required
