Safety Manager

We're looking for an experienced, proactive, and hands-on Safety Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our health and safety programs.

Position Summary

The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Performs all duties related to safety including case management of employee accidents/injuries and accident investigations. This role partners closely with operations, maintenance, HR, and other departments to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Safety management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Ability to influence and coach at all levels of the organization.
• CSP certification preferred
