We're offering a unique hybrid (must be local to attend meetings, etc.) opportunity for an outgoing, driven, and independent pediatric APP with experience in quality improvement, project management, and proficiency in Excel.

Taking part in pediatric medical education and clinical research helps us to provide high quality care in more than 50 pediatric specialties and subspecialties.

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will utilize their advanced clinical training and expertise to bridge evidence-based guidelines with clinical practice. This role serves as a key hands-on contributor within the Clinical Pathways Program, focusing on the development, implementation, and education of clinical algorithms and evidence-based care guidelines. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the APP will collaborate across departments, lead quality improvement initiatives, and provide education for clinicians, nursing, and ancillary staff. The APP's clinical judgment will ensure guidelines are accurate, actionable, and seamlessly integrated into practice.

What You Bring:

Education: Holds a degree as a clinical healthcare provider/practitioner (at least an APRN, PA-C or above)
Licensure/Certification: Lean for Healthcare or other similar certification
Relevant Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice in a pediatric setting.
* At least 2 years of quality improvement experience.
* Proven expertise in developing evidence-based care processes.
Skills and Abilities:
* Proficiency in chart review, data analysis, and evidence evaluation.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, organizational and teaching skills.
Other Qualifications:
* Knowledge of or ability to learn AgileMD product is preferred with experience in authorship and building clinical
pathways within the platform.
* Knowledge of or ability to learn Excel, Word, Outlook and/or project management software

Salary Range: Minimum 49.54/hour - Maximum 76.79/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
