Job Description: The Specialist II, Professional Services Consulting is responsible for assisting clients in meeting their organizational goals and objectives. This role will work both independently, and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and are knowledgeable in the company's solutions, best practice configurations and workflows. This role will support and follow the guidance of more senior team members and as they develop will be expected to contribute to all aspects of client engagements.*Work closely with project and client teams supporting Professional Services account implementation strategy and service plan development. *Document identified gaps in product functionality using standardized processes. Education Required: Experience Required: * 3+ years' working in consulting and/or supporting a professional services organization. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Knowledge of: Knowledge/experience working within the software life cycle; client relationships and effective customer service methodologies; healthcare delivery including but not limited to the HITECH and MACRA legislation and related programs and regulations; Working knowledge of healthcare industry and consulting methodologies. Working knowledge of the portfolio of NextGen Solutions with solid understanding of differentiating nuances of markets & specialties. Microsoft Office Suite. Skill in: Client-facing, customer focus with effective communication & interpersonal skills; collaboration; problem solving, conflict resolution; project management; presentation; organizational and time management skills. Ability to: Prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and multi-task while maintaining attention to detail. Establish and maintain effective working relationships through collaboration and respect.
