TheMaterials Process Improvement Leaderis responsible for enhancing supply chain efficiency, embedding engineering best practices, and driving continuous improvement across the value chain. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for aligning engineering and supply chain strategies to improve product and business outcomes.

As a Materials Process Improvement Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging analytics to identify part usage trends, obsolescence risks, and cost-saving opportunities
  • Supporting cross-functional initiatives to improve lead time, reduce inventory, and enhance product profitability
  • Facilitating continuous improvement projects that align engineering and supply chain priorities
  • Developing and implementing standardized engineering documentation and specifications across the value chain
  • Collaborating with design and manufacturing engineers to ensure consistent part usage and design-to-cost strategies

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Have 8-10 years of experience in engineering including a focus on materials management
  • Have cross functional collaboration experience
  • Possess experience analyzing data to identify trends and savings
  • Be proficient in MS Excel
