In-Store Retail Signage Project Manager

Our client, a global marketing agency is seeking an In-Store Signage Project Manager to join their ever-growing team! This individual will focus on day-to-day execution and optimization of creative services projects (promotional signage/banners) to the team that supports in-store locations across Oregon! This role is the key liaison between clients and the Creative/Production team. Duties include managing projects by scheduling, estimating, obtaining job detail information and job tracking! Must be proactive, quick thinking, a problem solver and ultra-organized, ensuring account satisfaction and service excellence.

Responsibilities:



  • Possess in-depth understanding of Client's business objectives
  • Communicate with the clients' store directors and on-site marketing specialists
  • Manage signage jobs from start to finish- collect data on a creative request form, act as a liaison between the customer and the artist to get all info needed to complete a job.
  • Communicate all deadlines to client and Account Director/Supervisor to ensure all parties are working off the same schedule. Ensure project estimates are approved by the customer before any project moves forward to print.
  • Develop and maintain the master documents, such as division tactic and store lists.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure the completed work meets customer SLAs
  • Check all jobs for accuracy and completeness
  • Follow established proofing and check-off list procedures
  • Work efficiently through high volumes, meeting tight deadlines
  • Understand complexity of ad versioning
  • Review all estimates received from internal departments for accuracy
  • Manage complex projects under tight deadlines within established budgets
  • Work with client to maintain inventory
  • Build and maintain client relationships with all levels


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or related field
  • 3-5 years as an Account Manager or Creative Project Manager working in a creative department
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel as required (10%) in support of Instore sign campaigns
  • Project Management Software experience
  • Ability to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at the level of detail required to resolve issues of moderate complexity.
  • Able to apply strong functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, MAC, or other technical tools in completing assignments. May require knowledge of or ability to quickly learn specialized software to complete work assignments. Able to demonstrate continued expertise in the primary tools or applications used in completing daily work assignments.
